The wealthy tycoon from South Africa CHAN KWOK-LIT decides to come to Hong Kong to see ON. KAI and LEI are so disturbed by the sudden appearance of UT-YING. After some consideration, they decide to have a talk with the woman. The TONGS are going to have dinner with LIT but KAI refuses to join them.
