The TONGS are about to meet LAI’s family but HAU has decided to exclude KAM from the dinner and needs her to stay at home. The two families have had a nice chat and the dinner ends in a very good atmosphere. Filled with nostalgia, KAM asks KAI to have a tram ride with her, during which she blames KAI for not having stood by her when she is in need. KAI plucks up his courage and tries to intercede with HAU for KAM. HAU promises to forgive KAM and the family is back in harmony again.
