Ahmet Emin, who terrorized the neighborhood with his vagrancy and was not liked by anyone, is murdered. Superintendent Orhan and his assistant Selim investigate the scene, collect evidence and interview witnesses. Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy reaches scientific conclusions from the collected evidence.
