SEUNG-LING returns to the palace with regard to MUK-DO-YEE's marriage, and the two finally mend fences between them, developing a genuine mother-daughter relationship. Lady YUE-YUET meets SEUNG-LING, shirking all the responsibility of arranging MUK-DO-YEE's marriage to BA-CHA. In addition, she is concerned about SEUNG-LING's experience during her disappearance after leaving the palace. As such, SEUNG-LING discloses everything to Lady YUE-YUET.
